EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We receive requests and complaints within five days from the date of delivery.

TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

1. Customers must contact a Gamberetti member via WhatsApp (+57 301-256-0181) and express their request. Our team will get in touch within a maximum period of five days from the request.

2. Clients must send a photo of the product. It must be in perfect condition: unwashed, unused with its original labels, packaging, and markings.

3. If the garment fulfills the conditions, an exchange for size will be offered. Refunds are not allowed.

**Shipping costs will be covered by the customer.**

NATIONAL ORDERS (COLOMBIA)

The products will be shipped through Envia or FedEx, courier companies responsible for safely delivering the products within the agreed times. As they are companies external to the brand, we do not have direct interference in their logistics processes.

We have a delivery time of 2 to 7 working days, counted from the day after the order is placed. Please contact a Gamberetti member through Whatsapp if rapid delivery is required.

Due to temporary logistical reasons, orders placed will be dispatched starting from September 14th.

LOCAL ORDERS
(CARTAGENA)

The shipment of the products will be made through our local courier and the costs depend on the delivery address. You can also pick up your order at our operations center (Castillogrande).
