Shipping and delivery
National orders (Colombia)
The shipment of the products will be made through Envia or FedEx, courier companies responsible for the safe delivery of the products within the agreed times. As they are companies external to the brand, we do not have direct interference in its logistics processes.
We have a delivery time of 2 to 7 working days, counted from the day after the order is placed.
Payment for this service is separate from referrals.
Local orders (Cartagena)
The shipment of the products will be made through our local courier and the recharge depends on the delivery address. You can also pick up your order at our operations center (castillogrande).
