Customers must contact a Gamberetti member via WhatsApp (+57 301-256-0181) and express their request. Our team will get in touch within a maximum period of five days from the request.<\/span><\/p><p>2. Clients must send a photo of the product. It must be in perfect condition: unwashed, unused with its original labels, packaging, and markings.<\/p><p>3. If the garment fulfills the conditions, an exchange for size will be offered. As they are companies external to the brand, we do not have direct interference in their logistics processes.<\/p><p>We have a delivery time of 2 to 7 working days, counted from the day after the order is placed.
